First of all, I want to say that the service Channel 1 gave us is very good. The best I can explain with an example. Last year I needed a visa and had to go to Singapore. The problem was I only had one day and night but had to be back next day. Eko prepared everything well, but as soon I came in Singapore the office there told me that I had to stay at least a couple of hours longer or probably one extra night. I became angry but nothing helped! So I called to Bali and asked Eko to figure out what happened. In one hour everything was set up and, my visa was ready in time and I went with another flight but still the same day back home. The other thing is that Channel 1 has a perfect database. They know when you have to change your visa, when it'’s expired etc. It feels that somebody I taking care off you and you will never have some bad surprises. For me these experiences I like to forward to other people, like I did to my parents. They live in Holland, but even if they need information from Channel 1 they get it in time and with care.
